How long will we be able to live the way we do now?
How might we change in the second half of life – physically, psychologically, emotionally, and cognitively? What should we prepare for ourselves and for our family members throughout the different stages of adulthood and aging? Which changes are a natural part of growing older, and which signs may require greater attention?
If you have ever asked yourself these questions, “As We Grow Older” may be a topic for you.
This is a multi-session educational series designed to provide foundational knowledge about human development and aging. The content draws on perspectives from psychology, cognitive science, and neuroscience, based on what I have learned and continue to study while pursuing a degree in Psychology in the United States.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- This program is intended for educational purposes and is based on topics I have studied and continue to study as part of my Psychology education in the United States.
- During the sessions, I will also explain selected differences in how psychology, mental health, aging, and related services are taught, practiced, and delivered in the United States, Vietnam, and several other countries. This is intended to help participants understand the broader context and avoid confusion when encountering concepts, terminology, or information from different systems.
- The program is not a substitute for medical or mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or professional care.
- If you or a family member is experiencing unusual symptoms or signs of declining physical, psychological, emotional, or cognitive health, please contact an appropriate physician, licensed mental health professional, or healthcare provider for timely assessment and support.
To me, growing older is not simply something that happens at a distant point in the future. It is a journey that is already unfolding through changes in our bodies, thoughts, emotions, and the ways we connect with the people around us.
Understanding even one part of that journey can help us prepare more thoughtfully for our own future. It can also help us become more understanding, informed, and proactive as we support the people we love.
That is why I would like to share this topic with others.
If you feel that this program may be relevant to you, please register at Quite A Lens as early as possible.
